Pastor Yoan Garcia, his wife Sulayvis and baby. Pastor Yoan was assigned as Pastor of Los Palacios Methodist church in 2007. In 2008 Hurricane Ike made a direct hit as a category 5 Hurricane, packing winds in excess of 150. His home and church were destroyed. A couple of Churches in Florida help him re-build his present home ( a one room wooden structure and church). They have been living here for over 2 years. He is looking for some help in building a more permanent cbs construction.
